What is your return policy?
- PoppinGlosses INC does NOT accept returns. All sales are Final.
What If I put the wrong address?
- If you put the wrong address contact us ASAP at email@example.com via email, iMessage or just fill out a contact form. If you don't contact us and we shipped your order you won't be getting your money back.
Why did my order get cancelled?
- When you are placing an order you must provide an email if you don't your order will be cancelled.
When will my order ship out?
- Processing days are 3-5 days. So if you order Wednesday your processing days will start Thursday. This doesn’t mean it will take that long but I want make sure I’m providing high quality products.
How do I track my order?
- Once I make your shipping label you will get a email with a tracking number. Since my printer isn’t working right now I’ll have to hand write the labels so I’ll send you a email if you provided one. If not I’ll send you a text with the information.
What if I never received my items?
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after it leaves us. It is up to the customer to file a claim with the delivery carrier (USPS,UPS, FEDEX ETC).
